Openniversary

Today we celebrate two years since the beginning of our open relationship. This day was when I received a note from a customer of mine at Starbucks that opened my husband and I up to the discussion and idea of having an open relationship.

Out of the three anniversaries we celebrate (count them: wedding anniversary, day we met / got together, and this one), our “Openniversary” is the one that represents the biggest turning point in our lives as a couple.

Who we are today would be completely different if we had not been introduced to this path, and I am super happy about that. Cheers to us!
