10 years later we both realized that sex with others is actually ok - as long as we do it TOGETHER.

In my experience, the problem with most marriages in general is that very few are based on honesty, respect and communication. Many are based instead of selfishness and what their partner represents to them (money, beauty, elicits envy in friends and family, etc.) rather than on those traits that truly promote a healthy relationship.

I've seen this a lot in regards to comments made about Tiger's marriage, the comment of: "Have you seen Tiger's wife? Why would you cheat on that!?"

It's the idea that because Elin Nordegren is beautiful, and Tiger is rich, that they should have the perfect marriage. Like that is all there is to it. It's the high school mentality of relationships, that the most popular and best looking guy and girl in the school should be dating and should be happy because they are great looking and popular.

We all find-out at our 10th reunion how Brenda and Eddie fared after high school though, eh? Beauty and popularity was just not "enough", was it?
